Absolutely not. We are requesting an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a fabulous photographer to take our wedding pictures. She will be working alongside her husband to capture our special day, and we would love to see you in the pictures and not your phones. We will share the pictures when they get to us, so please be respectful and do not take or share images of our ceremony.

As much as we adore your children, we hope you understand our decision to have a children-free wedding. Samantha works with kids every day, let's give her some time off on her special day.

The dress code is smart casual. Ditch the stubbies and jandals for a nice shirt and jacket or party dress. If Guy can do it, so can you!

Ladies, if you are purchasing a dress from BLAK then feel free to run the colour past us (...Samantha) to make sure it doesn't match the bridal party!

There is plenty of parking at the Mission. They have a big car park to the left when you come up the drive.

If you'd like to join us for a drink on the day, we'd recommend pre booking a taxi.

If (like James) you struggle with wrapping paper, a box of cask wine isn't the only solution! We've aged and now prefer quality over quantity, no matter how it is wrapped. We enjoy a Hawkes Bay Chardonnay or Syrah, Pinot Noir, and if you are feeling fancy Champagne. Just remember, we will be thinking of you when we drink it.

We will be sending Samantha's bridal bouquet off to a professional to preserve and frame, so no flower toss will happen. However, if you want to be the next one to get married we hear some of the bridal party are still available.
