Mission Estate

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Mission Estate Winery, Hawkes Bay, combining our love for each other with our love for wine.

Things to do in Hawkes Bay

We’re excited to share a few of our favourite things to do in the area to keep you entertained before the wedding, or while you nurse your hangover the next day.

Visit wineries

There are so many amazing wineries to stop by for a tasting or lunch. Some of our favorites are Clearview Estate, Linden Estate, and Askerne.

Play a round of golf

Ranging from Par2 mini golf to some outrageous views at Cape Kidnappers. However, we recommend grabbing your gear and playing a round at Awatoto Public Course where even Samantha can play!

Take a walk

There are so many nice walks, including Te Mata Peak, strolling along Marine Parade, or stopping by the Botanical gardens on your way up Bluff Hill to the lookout.

The heart of Hawkes Bay. Hastings is a mecca for food and wine lovers. You'll also find an abundance of fruit orchards, as well as an array of boutique and artisan delicacies - many of which you'll find at the Hawke's Bay Farmers’ Market.

The quaint township at the foot of Te Mata Peak offers boutique shopping and a thriving café culture. It is the perfect base from which to explore the Tukituki River Valley and beyond to the coastal settlements of Ocean Beach and Waimarama.
